Soccer is a demanding sport which requires speed, strength, and spirit. However, these skills alone aren't enough to make a great football player like Rahim Daya. One needs not only to be in tuned with his body but also with his mind. One needs to know how to react to unexpected situations. One needs to be able to overcome his physical limits to run faster, block kicks, and break tackles. Rahim Daya also did lots of hard work to become a great football player.

He should be trained to have quick and strong hands and feet. Discipline and perseverance is important in physical training. Most drills have very high difficulty that's why regular workout is required to tone your speed and strength. The training drills should go beyond just running sprints and lifting weights. Rahim Daya also follows the most difficult workouts. Some examples are running sprints while carrying weights, lifting real heavy objects, lifting weights in awkward positions, etc. Set goals and once you achieve them, move on to higher and more difficult ones. Rahim Daya never stopped testing himself and challenge is the best motivator for him.
